Corporate wellbeing programme and seminar design and delivery
Customised to your organisation's requirements. It could range from a one-off wellbeing talk, to a 12-month programme focussing on a specific topic with informative presentations plus on-going employee coaching and support for managers.

Cholesterol Management Programme
High cholesterol is a global health concern. An organisation wanted to support its employees to minimise their risks of high cholesterol. Sustained health helps employees thrive in their careers. Such programme started with informative and educational presentations, followed by a scheduled set of health coaching sessions for employees who signed up for the programme.
Family Care Programme
Planning to start a family while focusing on career is exciting yet challenging. An organisation wanted a programme to support this population. Such programme comprises of individual and/or group information sessions, on-going one-on-one coaching sessions, resource navigation, and more. Various company strategies can be linked to such programme, for example, HR benefits, diversity and inclusion, and/or employee retention.
Parenting Mentorship Programme
Corporate wellbeing programme does not always require a budget. An organisation may leverage the existing working parent population to create a community to support expectant and new parents. The community support helps reduce mentees' stress and increases their focus on their careers.
How to optimise your health in the corporate world
"3 high" health risks (high cholesterol, hypertension, and high blood sugar/type II diabetes) are top health concerns in Asia. An organisation wanted an educational talk for its employees, especially those who travel frequently, to learn healthy diet and lifestyle choices to minimise health risks as they thrive in their career.

Corporate employee coaching
Behavioural and lifestyle change typically requires a few months to achieve. A set of structured goal setting coaching sessions, one-on-one or group where applicable, can ensure employees are guided to achieve their goals.
Examples:
Cholesterol Management Programme
A nutrition and wellbeing coach was assigned to employees who signed up for the programme offering a set of coaching sessions. The coach took a consultative approach to customise a plan unique to each employee. Small goals were set and reviewed with the employee during each session. The coach also directed employees to relevant available resources along the way to achieve their final goals.
Family Care Programme
It is a special journey from expecting a baby, to going on maternity/paternity leave, and returning from leave stircking a new work-life balance. A wellness coach is assigned to each employee who signed up for the programme. Guided by a set of touch points, the wellness coach checked-in with the employees at different stages of their journeys to provide relevant information and support such as resource navigation.

Prevention is better than cure. Nutrition and wellness coaching can help individuals achieve their wellbeing goals. Some popular goals I have assisted were, for example, smart food choices in the hectic corporate life, how to eat healthy and understand nutritional labels, weight management, women's health such as managing perimenopause phase.
